Established to give Kaaps the recognition it deserves, SAK works to support the language as a cultural and academic resource, ensuring its rich history and linguistic depth are preserved for future generations. Kaaps, spoken in multilingual contexts, holds historical significance from the periods of colonialism, apartheid, and post-apartheid South Africa. SAK aims to bring this language to the forefront of both academic and social domains.
